Part-Time Senior Human Resources Generalist Workplace Modular Systems | Londonderry, New Hampshire About the Opportunity Workplace Modular Systems is seeking an experienced Part-Time Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and leadership team at our Londonderry, New Hampshire facility. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources at the parent company, Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co., and serves as the primary Human Resources resource for Workplace Modular Systems. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting leaders, improving processes, and serving as a trusted resource throughout an organization. The Part-Time Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, retention, benefits administration, and HR compliance. As Workplace Modular Systems continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is visible, approachable, professional, and passionate about helping employees succeed. This role will help strengthen communication, foster employee engagement, support organizational development, and contribute to a workplace culture built on trust, collaboration, accountability, and shared success. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of Human Resources policies, procedures, forms, and best practices that support organizational growth. Manage recruiting activities for exempt and nonexempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support. Build relationships with trade schools, workforce development partners, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to attract qualified talent. Coordinate and facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Maintain employee records, job descriptions, and required HR documentation. Partner with managers on performance management, employee coaching, corrective action, and employee development initiatives. Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building activities. Respond to employee concerns and employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Gather employee feedback and help develop initiatives that support retention, engagement, and workplace culture. Assist with benefit administration, employee changes, and benefit-related questions. Provide onsite Human Resources support based on business needs and the approved part-time schedule. Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. What We're Looking For Five or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or growth-oriented environment. Experience developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and processes. Experience supporting leadership development, coaching, performance management, and manager training. Strong understanding of employment laws, payroll practices, benefits administration, and Human Resources compliance. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust throughout the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment. High degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience supporting manufacturing operations. Experience utilizing HRIS systems and Human Resources technology platforms, including iSolved. Knowledge of New Hampshire employment laws. Pay:
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
