Job Description
Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist Visiting Angels of Nashua is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to help build and strengthen our Care Professional team. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll own the recruiting and onboarding process from initial applicant contact through their first shift. You'll source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, manage a high-volume hiring pipeline, partner with hiring managers, ensure compliance, and create a warm, seamless experience for every new hire. You'll be the energetic face of our agency—connecting with candidates by phone and in person, representing Visiting Angels at job fairs and recruiting efforts, and building relationships throughout Nashua and surrounding Southern NH communities. Your work will directly impact the growth of our team and the quality of care we provide.
What You'll Do Drive High-Volume Recruitment:
Respond quickly to applicants, conduct engaging interviews, and identify top Care Professionals who align with our values.Own Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Source candidates through social media recruitment, HR sourcing tools, and talent management software.Conduct Comprehensive Interviews:
Evaluate skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit while following HR compliance standards and applicable employment laws. Master theFast Track:
Move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process without compromising quality or the candidate experience. Partner with Hiring Manager(s): Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Negotiate Offers:
Present and negotiate offers in accordance with company policies and applicable employment and labor laws.Own Onboarding & Compliance:
Coordinate background checks, TB testing, license verifications, and all required state and employment documentation while maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee files, and particiate in new hire Orientaiton.Build Local Connections:
Represent Visiting Angels at recruiting events, job fairs, and community organizations throughout Nashua and surrounding Southern NH towns. You'll Thrive inThis Role If You Are Highly Urgent:

Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or high-volume HR preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws, or the ability to learn quickly. Ability to travel locally for recruiting efforts throughout Nashua and neighboring Southern NH communities. Valid drivers license and current auto insurance required. Must be comfortable working full-time, in person in a collaborative office environment. Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate efficiently in English.
