Job Description
Human Resources Generalist Our manufacturing client in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire is seeking to hire a Human Resources Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, employee-focused organization where youll play a key role in supporting both employees and leadership. This opportunity may be offered as either a direct hire or temp-to-hire position, depending on the candidate. Your qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist position are as follows:
- Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, payroll, or a related area
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Positive, approachable, and team-oriented personality with a genuine desire to support and engage employees
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidential information
- Experience with HR systems, payroll processing, compliance activities, or employee programs is preferred
- Knowledge of employee relations, leave administration, ADA accommodations, and employment practices is highly desirable
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Benefits you will receive as the
Human Resources Generalist:
- $65,000 - $67,000 annual salary
- Flexible full-time schedule with 40 hours worked across five days
- Potential for one hybrid workday per week once fully trained and at management discretion

- Direct interaction with leadership and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience For the Human Resources Generalist, your duties will include:
- Support a wide range of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR operations
- Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leaves of absence, accommodations, payroll, and HR programs
- Coordinate hiring activities, candidate communication, onboarding efforts, career fairs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reporting, compliance activities, and HRIS data
- Assist with employee recognition programs, training coordination, company events, and workplace culture initiatives
- Support leave administration, ADA accommodation processes, and employee relations matters in partnership with leadership
