This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a direct impact across all areas of human resources.



What You'll DoAct as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related mattersSupport employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiativesAdminister payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR compliance activitiesMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataCoordinate new hire orientation and employee training programsAssist with performance management, compensation planning, and workforce developmentEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsPartner with operational leaders to support business objectives and employee engagementWhat We're Looking For3+ years of progressive Human Resources experienceBilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (required)Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirementsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredExperience with HRIS platforms and timekeeping systems is a plusWhy Consider This Opportunity?
