Lead Application Administrator (Workday/UKG)

Duration:
Full time We are seeking a Lead Application Administrator with strong expertise in Workday and/or UKG (Kronos) to manage, optimize, and support enterprise Workforce Management systems. The role will be responsible for system administration, configuration, integrations, security, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across workforce and HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Workday/UKG Workforce Management applications. Support Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Labor Management modules. Manage security roles, pay rules, accruals, business structure changes, and system configurations. Troubleshoot system, integration, and payroll-related issues. Lead upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and new feature deployments. Develop automation and process improvements to increase system efficiency. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and system optimization. Support integrations with ERP, Payroll, and other enterprise applications via APIs, Informatica, and middleware tools.
Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years supporting
HRIS/WFM
platforms. Hands-on experience with Workday and/or UKG (Kronos) . Expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Labor Management. Strong experience with payroll integrations and workforce compliance. Experience with APIs, Informatica, Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar ERP integrations. Knowledge of SaaS applications, security administration, and system architecture. Workday or UKG certification preferred.
