Voorhees, NJ (In-Office) We are seeking an experienced HR Leave Specialist for a short-term assignment supporting employee leave administration. This role is ideal for a professional who can quickly step in, work independently, and manage leave cases with minimal training. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees initiating leave requests. Administer and coordinate Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and other leave of absence requests. Manage an active caseload of approximately 15-30 employees. Guide employees through the leave process and required documentation. Utilize established templates, forms, and workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable leave regulations. Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders regarding leave status and requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience administering FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and employee leave programs. Strong understanding of leave management processes and compliance requirements. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding. Additional Information Caseload typically ranges between 15-30 active cases. New leave requests average approximately one every other day. Established processes, templates, and tracking tools are already in place. This is a short-term coverage assignment, so candidates should be able to hit the ground running.
