HR Generalist Need ASAP - Position Leads To HR Mgr in 2

Years Qualifications:

3+ Years as an HR Generalist or HR Analyst or HR Coordinator Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment is an asset. Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Compliance & Policy:

Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with employment standards

Performance Management:

Coordinate the performance review process and assist managers with goal tracking and improvement plans.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for personnel questions, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Recruiting of hourly employees. Assists HR Manager and plant management in the recruiting process, including preparing postings, advertising, interviewing, testing, and recommending employees to fill vacant positions.
