Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Specialist to join their team. As a HR Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting organizational initiatives related to talent management, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

12 months What's the Job? Provide guidance and interpretation on complex or non-routine human resources policies, procedures, and employment practices. Advise supervisors and employees on HR-related issues, ensuring consistent application of company policies and applicable employment laws. Administer and coordinate HR programs including employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, salary administration, employee recognition, and engagement initiatives. Assist with employee relations matters by conducting fact-finding, documenting issues, and recommending appropriate resolutions. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding as needed. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically requires 3-5 years of progressively responsible human resources experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR principles, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and exercise sound judgment in resolving employee issues. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. What's in it for me?
