Overview Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this energetic position, you will lead key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration. Your expertise will drive strategic HR initiatives, foster positive employee relations, and ensure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and ATS platforms, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to promote continuous development and recognition. Lead benefits administration efforts, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA compliance to support employee well-being. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law regulations, ensuring legal compliance across all HR functions. Facilitate training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and support succession planning strategies. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing HRIS data collection, data entry, and Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with comprehensive knowledge of employment law in talent management. Strong skills in human capital management, change management, and workforce management strategies. Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle
