Job Duties:
Coordinate sourcing and recruitment process Coordinate staffing changes for payroll Under the guidance of a HR Rep Team Lead, act as liaison to employees and managers for all inquiries and requests Work with HR Rep Team Lead to enforce all corporate policies Learn to coordinate and conduct training programs throughout the year Assist in planning company events as required Under the guidance of HR Rep Team Lead, coordinate progressive discipline process Under the guidance of HR Rep Team Lead, coordinate coaching & counseling Conduct monthly compliance audits Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Assist management with special projects as required
Qualifications:
BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field 0-1 year HR experience Positive attitude Willingness to learn Strong verbal/written communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred) Ability to work under pressure Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Team player Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher & Outlook) Proficiency in Dayforce preferred
