Apply Now Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in the Bordentown/Westampton, NJ area for a top 3PL Logistics, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and Distribution client. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting all HR functions across two warehouse locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with employees and leadership while ensuring HR processes run efficiently and professionally. The HR Generalist will be supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and employee support.

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee communications.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Assist with training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR projects.
- Generate reports and maintain HR data within HRIS systems.
