Conduct initial candidate screens and evaluate qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and overall fit. Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruiting priorities. Track sourcing activity, candidate pipelines, response rates, source effectiveness, and hiring results. Continuously identify new sourcing tools, platforms, partnerships, and recruiting channels.
