Join us as a Talent Specialist - TEMP Your main responsibilities Schindler Elevator Company is searching for a Talent Specialist (Temp) to support our Talent & Development department in Morristown, NJ. This role will report under our Talent Programs Manager, with the primary focus of supporting our recruitment efforts for the 2027 summer internship program.Tasks will include:
Creating job requisitions Posting openings to relevant school job sites (such as Handshake) Reviewing resumes Screening applicants and referrals Coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders across the organization Sending out materials for Fall career fairs to support recruitment efforts nationally. In addition to recruitment activities, this role will also support the administration of the program including: Creating and sending out offer letters Assisting with and tracking onboarding activities Purchasing welcome gifts Coordination of program kickoff events and activities. Aside from the internship program, this role will also support the coordination of other talent programs within the organization, including talent development programs aimed at both new hire and existing employees.Tasks will likely include:
Coordinating meeting dates and booking conference rooms Sending out relevant training materials Coordinating meals for trainings Assisting with particpant and leadership communications Other projects could be assigned as needed, including providing administrative support to our Talent Attraction team and partnering with, and learning about, various other HR functions (HR Business Partners, HRIS, People Services, Compensation). What you bring Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Prior experience in agency recruiting or In-House recruiting, minimum of 2 - 5 years preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and unflappable! Program management or event planning experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft applications - specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Dedicated to providing a good 'customer experience'. A natural communicator comfortable in conversing at all levels in the organization. A natural curiosity to learn, ask questions, and network within the Company. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be amazing but not essential! Likes working in a collaborative environment, having fun, bringing new ideas to the team. What's in it for you? Anticipated role duration of a minimum of six months. Expected work hours - 35 to 40 per week.Hourly rate:
