Job Description

The HR Generalist will serve as a key member of the People Operations team, managing the full employee lifecycle. This individual will balance high-volume recruitment efforts with traditional HR functions including benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
salary:
$68,000 - $78,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

BachelorsResponsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Screening Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles within the property management and corporate sectors. Proactively source and headhunt candidates through diverse channels to maintain a robust talent pipeline. Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate cultural fit and technical proficiency. Oversee pre-employment contingencies, including background checks and drug screenings. 2. Onboarding & Lifecycle Management Standardize and execute a seamless onboarding process to ensure high retention and engagement. Conduct new hire orientations and serve as the primary point of contact for all first-week inquiries. Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation. 3. Benefits & Compensation Administration Administer health, dental, vision, and retirement (401k) plans. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve complex claims or coverage issues. Assist with annual open enrollment and the communication of total rewards packages. Ensure data integrity within the HRIS to support accurate and timely payroll processing. 4. Compliance & Employee Relations Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO). Handle employee relations issues with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic personnel files.
