Salary Details A minimum of $1000 for the contract period. Working under the supervision of the course instructor, the successful candidate will assist with classroom management, assessment, and student engagement to support an effective learning environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with in-person class meetings and helping maintain an organized and productive classroom environment. Grading assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations using instructor-provided rubrics and guidelines. Responding to student questions via email and during office hours or by appointment. Proctoring in-person examinations and ensuring compliance with course and university policies. Facilitating or moderating small-group and full-class case study discussions. Assisting with course administration through Canvas or other instructional technologies. Delivering occasional guest lectures or instructional sessions, as assigned by the course instructor. Performing other course-related instructional support duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience serving as a teaching assistant, tutor, instructor, or in another academic support role is preferred. Current graduate students or individuals pursuing an advanced degree in areas such as Business, Industrial-Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, other management degrees are encouraged to apply.
