Hours:

Mon-Fri; 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm Responsibilities Coordinate and manage HR functions on site, including employee relations and benefits administration Assist in processing payroll and workers compensation documentation Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement and compliance initiatives Handle front-line HR interactions with employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Ensure timely and accurate documentation for HR processes •Requirements•2-3 years of HR experience, with some exposure to benefits and workers compensation Experience working directly with employees Proficient in payroll processing Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required HSD required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
