The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent management, recruiting, and employee engagement. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage relationships and contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives. This role is per diem flexible schedule up to 24 hours per week and may become regular part-time. Responsibilities Support the full recruitment cycle, including talent acquisition strategies for multiple locations. Utilize social media management to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. Develop presentations for new hires and existing staff. Implement talent management programs to foster employee retention Maintain accurate personnel records and compliance with HR policies. Assist in onboarding processes and manage records and tracking . new hire orientations, benefits overviews and other onboarding activities Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development. Manage HRIS transactions and create an HR dashboard, including monthly and annual reporting and metrics Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's degree, Masters degree in Human Resources Management and or a related field. SHRM credential preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in human resources, particularly in recruiting and talent management. Familiarity with
HRIS,ADP
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
