HR Generalist (Bilingual)

Pennsauken, NJ Pay Rate:

$77,000/yr Looking to grow your HR career? We're hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations!

Job Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring Assist with employee onboarding and orientation Support employee relations and answer HR questions Maintain employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Partner with managers to meet hiring needs Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Job Requirements:
