Talent Management Specialist Warren, NJ | Full-Time | Unlimited Talent Responsibilities The Talent Management Specialist supports the execution of the organization's talent strategy across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience while tracking key metrics and candidate engagement. In addition, the role coordinates onboarding and supports talent management processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and development planning. Partnering closely with the HR Director, the Talent Management Specialist ensures consistent, high-quality execution of talent initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational effectiveness. Recruitment & Hiring Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer process) Partner with hiring manager to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional hiring experience Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, candidate experience) Maintain and improve recruiting processes, templates and systems Coordinate and support early talent and pipeline initiatives, including job fairs, coop programs, and internship programs to build candidate pipelines. Onboarding & Employee Experience Coordinate and execute a structured onboarding experience for new hires Partner with managers to ensure successful employee lifecycle Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement Ensure consistency in onboarding materials, communication, and follow-ups Talent Management & Performance Support Support the execution of performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration) Coordinate talent reviews and development planning processes Maintain documentation, templates, and tracking for talent initiatives Support the development and implementation of career development frameworks and programs including tools, resources and processes that enable employee growth and progression Provide support to managers on process and timelines Process & Operations Excellence Ensure consistency, organization, and follow-through across all talent processes Maintain HR systems and data related to recruiting and talent programs Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability of processes Talent Profile Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education , training, and experience. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management PHR or HR certification (or interest in pursuing) is a plus Experience in a manufacturing, regulated, or technical environment Familiarity with performance management systems and HRIS platforms. Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes and/or talent programs Exposure to performance management, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes preferred Skills & Capabilities Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and leaders Demonstrated ability to follow through and ensure process completion Comfortable working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data tracking Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret basic metrics (i.e., time-to-fill, process adherence)
