$70K-$75K USD A Talent Specialist is a human resources professional focused on supporting the Sales Force by developing and engaging new talents within the Company, ensuring our stores are fully staffed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Post jobs, search online (social media, job boards), network, and attend events to find potential hires.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review and select resumes, conduct virtual screening interviews with District Managers and final HR calls with Store Managers' candidates.
Collaboration:
Work with hiring managers to define job qualifications and needs, based on the area.
Candidate Management:
Communicate with applicants, provide job details, run background checks, and extend offers.
Process Management:
Manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Prioritizing diversity and inclusion in all talent management processes.
Skills:
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are vital for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, are important.
Networking Skills:
Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the HR field and beyond can be beneficial.
Multitasking:
Handling multiple projects at the same time and being able to prioritize based on business needs, showing adaptability to different work scenarios.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Relevant Experience:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, assessment, and development is crucial. Previous recruitment experience in the Fashion retail world is highly preferred.
