Our client is seeking BCBAs for Union County Beginning in September. Starting at $85/hourSUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Assess behavior: Observe clients to identify behavior challenges
- Create treatment plans: Design individualized plans to help clients improve their behaviors
- Set goals: Help clients set realistic goals
- Monitor progress: Keep detailed records of client progress
- Train others: Supervise and instruct others in the field
- Conduct research: Learn about new techniques and apply findings to their work
- Collect data: Gather data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans
- Develop materials: Create resources and professional learning for staff and other professionals
- Manage caseloads: Manage clients and prepare required documentation
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum of a Master's Degree
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
- NJ State Certifications
- Experience treating young adult populations
- Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
- School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
- Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
- Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
- Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
