Our client is seeking BCBAs for Union County Beginning in September. Starting at $85/hour
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
  • Assess behavior: Observe clients to identify behavior challenges
  • Create treatment plans: Design individualized plans to help clients improve their behaviors
  • Set goals: Help clients set realistic goals
  • Monitor progress: Keep detailed records of client progress
  • Train others: Supervise and instruct others in the field
  • Conduct research: Learn about new techniques and apply findings to their work
  • Collect data: Gather data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Develop materials: Create resources and professional learning for staff and other professionals
  • Manage caseloads: Manage clients and prepare required documentation
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
  • NJ State Certifications
  • Experience treating young adult populations
  • Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
  • School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
  • Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
  • Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
  • Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
