Year Essential Duties and Performance Responsibilities:

Incumbent must achieve the following outcomes and perform the following responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Complies with state approved Code of Ethics of the Education Profession.
  • Upholds and enforces rules, administrative directives and regulations, school board policies, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Complies with District/Department rules, procedures, administrative directives, and state statutes concerning the confidentiality of personnel, student, and district information.
  • Articulates and implements district/department mission and goals of the strategic plan.
  • Promotes and implements customer service philosophies within service-oriented organization.
  • Performs all assigned clerical duties and other assigned human resources duties, including but not limited to: 1.

Traces licensure information with the Public Education Department.

2. s in the processing and updating of information on the HR personnel software packages (TalentEd, Frontline, Visions, etc).

3. Prepares, processes, and files employee information.

4. Reviews and Assists with policy/organization

5. Exercises sound judgment and initiative in planning, prioritizing, and completing assignments; anticipates required actions, follows through on complex processes, and contributes to the successful completion of team objectives.
