8 Hours per Day

Essential Duties and Performance Responsibilities:

Incumbent must achieve the following outcomes and perform the following responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Complies with state approved Code of Ethics of the Education Profession. Upholds and enforces rules, administrative directives and regulations, school board policies, and local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Complies with District/Department rules, procedures, administrative directives, and state statutes concerning the confidentiality of personnel, student, and district information. Articulates and implements district/department mission and goals of the strategic plan. Promotes and implements customer service philosophies within service-oriented organization. Performs all assigned clerical duties and other assigned human resources duties, including but not limited to: Traces licensure information with the Public Education Department. Shares in the processing and updating of information on the HR personnel software packages (TalentEd, Frontline, Visions, etc). Prepares, processes, and files employee information. Reviews and Assists with policy/organization Exercises sound judgment and initiative in planning, prioritizing, and completing assignments; anticipates required actions, follows through on complex processes, and contributes to the successful completion of team objectives.
