Job Requirements:
At least 21 years of age; High school diploma or higher preferred; Prior work experience in a related field preferred; Nice, friendly, and willing to work attitude; Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills; Basic computer, organization, and prioritization skills; Adjust in situations that may be unfamiliar; Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration Ability to sit and perform computer work for long periods of time; Ability to bend, lift, and push up to 25lbs as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
ADA and FMLA, worker's comp process; Answer and triage incoming calls and check Employee Hotline; Employee record maintenance company-wide; Maintain basic knowledge of all areas of HR functions; Maintain Indeed and company website for recruitment; Monitor and address faxes, Voluntary Statements, and correspondence; Monitor and answer emails in HR groups, assist employees and management teams; Monitor all HR investigations, perform basic interviews and investigations, perform terminations; New hire process, employment verifications, unemployment claims, credential renewals, GCB objections; Open, close, and monitor bids; Perform terminations; Perform other duties as assigned.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
