Bilingual Human Resources Generalist:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits and serve as liaison with brokers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and handbook
- Support employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
- Lead new hire orientation and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications for the

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 2+years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
- 2+years working with HRIS systems (iSolved preferred) #
