Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$62,354 - $73,400 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Assist with the administrative functions of new hire and return-to-work onboarding, new hire orientation, and training; administer training attendance tracking and enter new hires in the HRIS Navigate employee and labor relations matters thoroughly and in a timely by applicable laws and contract requirements Assist the HR team with benefits and coordinate new hire paperwork for the unions and all new hires Assist with providing direction and guidance to managers and team members on HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, corrective counseling, policy interpretation, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits programs More about you Minimum of 2 years' HR experience Associate degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills Shift details Days Evenings M-F Evenings as needed Events Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, clubs, and suites for the NHL's Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center and has been a partner of the Sabres since 1970, the year the team was founded.
