Are you ready to build your career by joining a leading pest control service provider? If so, our client is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist.

Requirements:
Required
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience.
Experience recruiting hourly, entry-level, or frontline employees.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable conducting phone and in-person interviews and spending much of the day interacting with candidates.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools.
Preferred
Experience recruiting technicians, field employees, or skilled trades.
Experience with onboarding, orientation, or training coordination.
Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit high-volume, entry-level technician candidates using Indeed, BetterTeam, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, reliability, and overall fit.
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to candidates daily.
Maintain candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and hiring activities with field supervisors and hiring managers.
Follow up with supervisors regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and next steps to keep the hiring process moving.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruiting partners and referral sources.
Facilitate onboarding for new technician hires, including company orientation, paperwork collection, uniform and supply distribution, and training setup.
Lead biweekly new technician training sessions.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS and other tracking systems.
Manage scheduling, candidate tracking, communications, and follow-up activities.
Utilize existing recruiting tools and workflows to support efficient hiring operations.
