Assistant Recruitment Coordinator Queens District Attorney's Office - 3.9 Kew Gardens, NY Job Details $57,000 - $62,000 a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Research Full Job Description The Legal Hiring Office (LHO) is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of incoming Assistant District Attorneys, and the administration of internships throughout the year. The Assistant Recruitment Coordinator will report to the Director of Legal Hiring and will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to: Assisting with the recruitment of Assistant District Attorneys and Interns Sourcing and organizing resume Setting up appointments with candidates Preparing informational packets Working with law school placement offices Applicant tracking system data input Assisting with the administration of all office wide internships Ministerial support for all work related to the responsibilities of LHO Conducting research and outreach on all issues relevant to the responsibilities of LHO Assisting with the production of publications, handouts, website information, fliers, promotional videos, etc., related to responsibilities of LHO Off site visits to law schools, and relevant entities necessary to promote the responsibilities of LHO Assisting with onsite or offsite events conducted by LHO Assisting new hires in their transition to the QDA Office Assisting the Director with special projects as needed
Preferred Education and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a Baccalaureate Degree or the equivalent education and experience. Must have the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively and have working knowledge of computers and email.
Preferred Skills:
Candidates with prior administrative experience, including experience with data entry and handling documents of sensitive nature (filing, scanning, etc.).

Salary Range:
$57,000 - $62,000
