Full-time 8am-4pm (Mon.-Fri) $25-$27/HR We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Specialist to join our team at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury in Lake Katrine, New York. Our rural 39-acre campus offers a unique and supportive environment for individuals to receive rehabilitation services and regain their independence. About the
Role:
As a Human Resources Generalist/Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR and payroll operations.
Your duties will include:
HR Operations:
Processing new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Payroll Processing:
Managing payroll-related tasks, including salary administration, benefits, and deductions
Benefits Administration:
Providing guidance and support to employees on benefits offerings and enrollment
Compliance:
Ensuring accurate and timely compliance with federal and state regulations, such as
FMLA and ADA Key Responsibilities:
Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records Manage payroll-related tasks, including salary administration, benefits, and deductions Provide benefits guidance and support to employees Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, such as FMLA and ADA Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes
