•197010 Job Description Guides the employee relations process, including providing advice during disciplinary investigations and makes recommendations to People Leader Advisors and leaders at all levels in support of resolving employee relations issues. Conducts investigations regarding team member complaints in support of the Advice and Counsel Center. Job Responsibility

+ Guides the employee relations process for assigned cases ensuring consistency with investigation practices and resolution of team member complaints across the organization.

+ Provides strategic advice and guidance to People Leader Advisors and leaders at all levels with the objective of resolving employee relations issues.

+ Manages the interview process with all necessary parties and ensures documentation of conversations in a clear and concise manner; gathers and reviews all necessary evidence in support of case investigation; ensures all documentation is accurate and complete.

+ Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of a final investigative report including analysis and recommended course of action.

+ Partners with various HR departments to determine most appropriate way to operationalize solutions.

+ Collaborates with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve all complaints, including Ethics Point complaints, as necessary.

+ Applies knowledge of Labor laws, union contracts, federal, state, and local laws in the application of complaint resolution.

+ As an advanced subject matter expert, works at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas and influences outcomes on matters of significance.

+ Provides advice on topics, programs, and/or functions of the ACC, and provides recommendations to senior leaders on matters of significance.

+ Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. + 10+ years of relevant experience, required.
