Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a true "go-getter," managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance within HRIS systems. You will ensure strict compliance with employment laws, support benefits administration, and coordinate internal engagement initiatives. This position requires 3-5 years of HR experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to travel 1-2 times per year. We offer a salary of $60,000 - $70,000, a 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical coverage, retirement plans, and an on-site gym.

Assist with new hire transitions, including preparing materials and maintaining personnel files.
Record Management:
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Recruitment:
Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and recruitment communications.
Benefits & Compliance:
Support benefits administration (enrollments/updates) and track required documentation (I-9 verification, W-4 forms, etc.).
Reporting:
Assist with HR reporting, employment verifications, and internal communications.
Company Initiatives:
Support employee engagement programs, training coordination, and performance review processes.
