You'll gain hands-on experience across every Human Resources Center of Excellencefrom recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, investigations, labor relations, engagement initiatives, and organizational development. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a degree in Human Resources and a few years of experience who is eager to accelerate their career by learning from an experienced HR leadership team.
What You'll DoAs an HR Generalist, you'll be involved in nearly every aspect of Human Resources, including:
Full-cycle recruiting and onboardingEmployee relations coaching and problem-solvingConducting workplace investigationsPerformance management and employee developmentInterpreting and administering HR policiesSupporting labor relations and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administrationHR compliance and employment lawEmployee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrationsHR reporting, analytics, and special projectsPartnering with managers to solve complex people issuesWhat Makes This Role Different?
This isn't a position where you'll spend years doing only recruiting or only benefits.
You'll develop expertise across multiple HR disciplines while working alongside seasoned HR professionals who are committed to mentoring and developing future HR leaders. If your goal is to become an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Director, this role will give you the experience to get there.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or a desire to obtain certification is also a plus.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldHas approximately 3+ years of progressive HR experienceIs curious, proactive, and eager to learnCommunicates professionally and builds strong relationshipsHandles confidential information with integrityCan manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEnjoys solving problems and helping employees succeedHas strong organizational and follow-through skillsExperience working in a unionized environment and interpreting a Collective Bargaining Agreement is a significant plus.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or a desire to obtain certification is also a plus.
