Job Description

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be part of the Talent Management department under our Human Resources Division. He/she will support the implementation and ongoing improvements of talent management strategies and programs at Singapore Airlines (SIA), focusing on the identification, development, and retention of key talent to meet current and future organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders, business partners and managers to implement robust talent identification processes, including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.

Analyze workforce data and performance metrics to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.

Support the implementation of assessment tools to evaluate employees' competencies, potential, and readiness.

Track talent pipeline movements and develop regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

Monitor participation and progress of talents in development initiatives and provide regular reports on outcomes and effectiveness.

Work with Learning & Development teams and external vendors to curate and deliver learning solutions

Identify opportunities to improve talent management processes and propose enhancements leveraging technology, Gen AI and best practices.

Requirements

Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Org Psychology or related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management

Experience with SuccessFactors, talent assessment tools and coaching preferred

Good EQ and able to work with stakeholders of all levels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-driven and proactive, resourceful, with a passion for talent development and people growth

Able to work independently and collaborate as a team

Comfortable with data and preparation of papers/proposals
