Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full Time Human Generalist to join the HR Team!
Coordinates and participates in the new-hire orientation.
Maintains accurate employee data and processing of changes, including new hires, job changes, status changes and off boarding.
Process K-checks, checks CHRC statuses daily, DMV checks for drivers.
Ensures compliance with policy and procedures along with state, federal and local laws and regulations.
Works closely with temporary agencies to approve temporary employee assignments with the facility.
Trains & assists with Payroll and stands in as payroll back-up when needed.
Renews CNA certifications monthly and tracks licenses for licensed staff.
Maintains covid vaccination recordkeeping for reporting purposes.
May partner with leadership to provide coaching/counseling on employee relations and performance management issues.
Provides administrative support for the department as needed.
Assist with department projects as needed.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
An Associates Degree. Bachelor Degree in Business/Human Resources preferred.
Prior HR experience required, 3-5 years preferred.
ADP/payroll processing experienceHealthcare experience preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and computer skills required.
Professional and positive attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality required

We are currently seeking a Full Time Human Generalist to join the HR Team!
Job Descriptions:
This position primarily provides Human Resources related functions on a professional level and works closely with the HR Team in supporting the organizations operations while providing excellent customer service. The Human Resources Generalist while specializing in talent acquisition will also assist in day to day operations and will fill in for other Human Resources Staff as required.Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting full cycle recruitment including posting positions internally and externally, candidate review, coordination of interviews, coordination of pre-employment process and onboarding of new hires via ATS through ADP/Vidcruiter.Coordinates and participates in the new-hire orientation.
Maintains accurate employee data and processing of changes, including new hires, job changes, status changes and off boarding.

Candidates eligible for this position must possess:An Associates Degree. Bachelor Degree in Business/Human Resources preferred.
