Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide administrative support for the recruitment teamand oversee day-to-day duties to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.

TheHR Coordinatorshould also have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide a seamless positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Process all required new hire forms accurately for internal and external applicants to start Schedule HR appointments, in conjunction with Occupational Health for new hires to provide onboarding documents Provide a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership Verify all credentials/licenses with candidates Conduct background checks - SEL, SCR, CHRC and applicable checks as needed Perform reference checks Provide information to candidates about benefits (Union and Nonunion) PTO plans and retirement plans Establish/build relationships with hiring managers/departments, colleges & universities to assist in recruiting for all facilities Assist recruiters with prescreening candidates, setting up interviews and hiring events Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system (HealthCare Source) Keep up to date on all Pre-Employment Guidelines adhering to State and Federal Regulations Participates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Special projects as assigned.

Experience in Human Resources, preferred
Education:
Associates Degree, required Bachelors Degree, preferred
