Human Resources & Recruitment Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Human Resources Intern to join our HR and Recruitment team. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience in a variety of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, interviewing, and general HR administration. This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. The internship offers a flexible schedule that can be coordinated around school and other commitments. What You'll Do As an HR Intern, you will work alongside members of our Human Resources and Recruitment teams and assist with a variety of responsibilities based on your experience and skill level, including: Assist with employee file maintenance and organization Perform accurate data entry and update internal HR records and databases Copy, scan, organize, and maintain HR documents and materials Assist with scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews Participate in interviews and the recruitment process, as appropriate Conduct professional reference checks Support new-hire onboarding and pre-employment processes Assist with recruitment activities and candidate communication Support HR staff with special projects and administrative responsibilities Gain exposure to additional Human Resources functions based on interest and departmental needs What You'll Gain This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience within a working Human Resources department. Interns will receive guidance and supervision from experienced HR professionals while gaining exposure to both Human Resources and Recruitment operations . You will have opportunities to develop professional communication, organization, interviewing, recruitment, and HR administrative skills while learning how an HR department supports employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Because this position may have access to confidential employee personnel and training information, the HR Intern will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Recruitment Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Internship Details $15.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Hands-on HR and recruitment experience Opportunity to work directly with experienced HR professionals Exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources Potential to fulfill applicable college internship requirements If you're looking to build your Human Resources experience while working with a team that will give you the opportunity to learn and participate in real HR processes, we encourage you to apply!
