Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and integrate those with your own creativity Assist in menu planning, ensuring that meals are nutritious, appealing and are a culinary work of art Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with TEAM members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Participate in catering events, providing excellent service and presentation of meals. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation. Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils post-service. Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items that enhance the guest experience. Experience Proven experience in the culinary field Strong familiarity with food preparation methods, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Experience in catering services is a plus. Good knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
