At Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist - Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who are passionate about making a difference.
What You'll Be Doing As our recruiting superstar, you'll: ? Find amazing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies. ? Manage the full hiring journey from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. ? Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruiting strategies. ? Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants feeling valued and informed. ? Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. ? Track recruiting metrics and help us continuously improve our hiring process. ? Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure new team members get off to a great start. ? Keep our ATS and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date. What Makes You a Great Fit? You might be our ideal candidate if you: ? Have 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience. ? Enjoy talking to people and building relationships. ? Can balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities. ? Have experience using an ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools. ? Understand employment laws and recruiting best practices. ? Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. ? Love solving problems and finding creative ways to attract talent. ? Bonus Points For ... SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
Experience with high-volume recruiting
Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting
