This 39‑week contract focuses on ensuring compliance with district policies and improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress Conduct assessments and track student performance metrics Provide training and resources to school staff on intervention strategies Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field State-specific licensure or specialized training in intervention strategies Minimum 1 year of experience as an Intervention Specialist or in a similar educational role Strong communication and teamwork skills, background check clearance, and ability to work full‑time day shifts (37.5 hours/week)
