Human Resources Internship:
Gain hands-on experience across key Human Resources functions, including, onboarding, HR reporting, compliance, employee communications, and project coordination. You'll build strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills while supporting day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.Program structure:

Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.Location:

Year-round internship What we're looking for: Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources Management or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level. Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Planning and organizational skills. Time management skills. Attention to detail. Ability to succeed in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks.Preferred experience:
HRIS experience. Customer service experience. Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law. What you'll focus on: Supporting and facilitating new hire onboarding activities to create a positive employee experience. Maintaining accurate HR records and completing audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Preparing reports and analyzing HR data to support business decisions. Managing employee communications, announcements, and HR updates. Providing administrative support for HR meetings, events, and employee programs. Assisting with a variety of HR projects and day-to-day operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.What Sets Our Internship Program Apart:
