We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, leave administration, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary HR contact; conduct workplace investigations, resolve concerns, and advise management on the fair enforcement of policies.
Leave Administration:
Manage end-to-end leaves (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers' Comp), ensuring federal, state, and legal compliance.
HRIS & Data:
Maintain data integrity, recordkeeping, and generate HR analytics and reports within the HRIS platform.
Onboarding:
Design and facilitate engaging onboarding programs to drive early workforce retention.
Special Projects:
Independently lead compliance audits, policy updates, system optimizations, and engagement initiatives. Required Qualifications 4+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience handling complex team member relations and internal investigations. Deep working knowledge of full-lifecycle leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD). Proficiency in HRIS platforms and report generation. Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to execute independently. Preferred Qualifications HR experience within a manufacturing and industrial environment. SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
