232163 Job Description Cintas is hiring a Business Process Specialist I - HR to support Human Resources processes and programs for the company. This role will assist with leading and supporting critical HR strategic initiatives by helping to identify, drive, and manage processes, programs, and systems that help drive success for the Human Resources organization. This position will support and require collaboration across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Solutions Analysis:
Provide support to business units for identifying and executing improvement initiatives. Assist in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements necessary for project delivery.
Knowledge Management:
Collaborate with business and HRIS partners to align technology solutions with business strategies and support several low to moderately complex business processes.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of day-to-day functions in applicable systems with a generalist understanding of systems.
Communication:
Develop communications for field locations on business process issues and improvements. Provide technical guidance and communicate ideas, actions, plans, and policies effectively.
Project Management:
Demonstrated success working on and leading small to moderate projects within cost, time, and quality parameters. Skills/Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of related experience and knowledge of HR processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations. Experience identifying process improvements and training needs. Preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar field preferred. Experience working in SAP/SuccessFactors. Experience communicating business issues and solutions.
