HR Generalist/ Learning & Development Lead Role and Responsibilities:

Own the enterprise-wide skillset alignment process and annual learning roadmap. Translate divisional demand forecasts into structured development programs and learning priorities. Partner with Practice Managers and Managing Consultants to create repeatable learning paths, curriculum, and competency models. Establish progress tracking, skill validation, and reporting to leadership on learning outcomes and readiness levels. Facilitate quarterly talent reviews to identify skill gaps, succession risks, and development opportunities. Develop a culture of continuous learning through training programs, certifications,http://www.aktion.com teach-backs, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Measure ROI of development efforts through utilization improvement, skill attainment, internal mobility, succession readiness, and business growth alignment.

Education, Experience and Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing Learning & Development, Talent Development, workforce planning, or organizational development initiatives. Experience building competency frameworks, career pathways, and enterprise learning programs. Proven ability to align workforce development strategies with business growth forecasts and operational needs. Experience managing learning technologies, certification programs, skill assessments, and reporting metrics.
