HR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
The Human Resources Generalist will support payroll by reviewing timecards, processing payroll changes, and suppoting accurate biweekly payroll The Human Resources Generalist will assist employees with HR questions, employee relations matters, benefits, FMLA/LOA, and company policies Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee records, terminations, and HRIS updates Support employee investigations, performance reviews, reporting, workers' compensation activities, and general HR administration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Previous Human Resources experience with payroll and recruiting exposure required Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices Manufacturing experience is a plus HRIS experience required; ADP and
SHRM/PHR
certification are pluses Salary is $65-$85k, DOE #
