As an HR Generalist, you ll be a key player in daily HR operations, partnering across teams to support hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Responsibilities:
Support full-cycle recruiting, proactively sourcing candidates and screening applicants.

Drive an engaging onboarding process including I-9s, background checks, and compliance documentation.

Assist in processing payroll and maintaining HRIS (ADP/Seila) for 130+ employees.

Coordinate employee training programs and track development spend vs. budget.

Maintain records and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Support employee relations, internal events, communications, and wellness initiatives.

Monitor and support site-wide safety and EHS culture.

Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis for HR KPIs and compliance.

Continuously seek process improvements in HR procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredAt least 1 year of HR Generalist experience (preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and deadline-drivenAbility to manage confidential information and work independentlyProfessional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plusMust be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations Apply today to help build a safer, smarter world through people-first HR excellence!
