RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities. Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment. Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information. Manage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing Dayforce for Time and Attendance Programs. Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees. Recruit and hire production associate workers. Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program. Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings. Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably bilingual Spanish Minimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred Payroll experience is preferred but not required
