AtWork Durant is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a Steel Manufacturing Company in Durant OK!
Position:
HR Generalist Location:
Durant, OK Salary:
$45,000- 55,000 annually (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday |Full-Time Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and HR compliance
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Partner with management on employee performance and engagement
- Support workplace safety initiatives and assist with safety compliance
Qualifications:
Previous HR Generalist experience required Manufacturing or industrial experience needed Safety experience preferred (OSHA knowledge or manufacturing safety programs) Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsPay:
$45,000.00- $55,000.
