- We Mean Business Summary The HR Advisor will collaborate closely with Leadership to shape and implement the employee experience strategy with expertise across a wide range of human resources activities.
Education & Experience:
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred or 2-5 years of HR Experience, preferably in a multi-state or regulated environment; cannabis experience a plusKnowledge of Employment Law:
Strong understanding of how to navigate local, state, and federal labor laws and HR compliance practicesEmployee Relations Expertise:
Experience conducting investigations, resolving workplace issues, and supporting performance managementCommunication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levelsAnalytical Thinking:
Strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilitiesConfidentiality & Integrity:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismHRIS Proficiency:
Comfortable using HR systems and tools; experience with UKG preferredAdaptability:
Ability to navigate change, support continuous improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCollaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional teamTravel:
Must be able to travel on an as-needed basis to additional locations and facilities, up to 50% of the time Willing to submit a background check Must obtain all applicable state-required: permits, licenses, and certifications State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older Benefits As an exempt employee , you'll receive a competitive salary wage of $70,000-100,000/yr. paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401k and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
