In this role, you will be the primary architect of a customer's first impression, owning the pivotal transition from sales to active product adoption. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and mature our Customer Onboarding practice for the Trimble Construction One platform, directly influencing long-term retention and driving innovation in how we deliver customer-centric solutions across North America. Key Exciting Responsibilities Spearhead the execution of personalized onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature to active product adoption. Partner with customers to co-create and maintain Success Plans that define clear goals, objectives, and actionable milestones. Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to optimize the onboarding journey and resolve potential risks to customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying resources and best practices that empower customers to achieve superior business outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a SaaS environment. You possess a deep understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices for client engagement. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
