Job Description

Description Robert Half is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting support, HRIS data management, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance administrative excellence with a people-first approach. Key Responsibilities

+ Administer day-to-day HR operations and employee support

+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

+ Support benefits administration and answer employee questions

+ Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

+ Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and candidate communication

+ Help manage performance review processes and employee development programs

+ Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant with applicable laws

+ Partner with managers on employee relations matters and workplace issues

+ Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

+ Support special HR projects and process improvements Requirements Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience + 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or broad HR support role

+ Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements

+ Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a plus

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
